If you are searching for a caring, compassionate, and family centered funeral home you need not look anywhere else. My mother preplanned her service and Adam and Angie performed miracles like a well oiled machine. The two of them treated us like royalty. Every need was met. Every concern was dealt with. Every fear was soothed. The attitude was this was my mother's show and all of her wishes would be met with caring and a smile. Everyone who attended the service commented on how original and polished every aspect of the program was. I was so pleased with the treatment I received that Adam and Angie have become close friends. So, if you want the best for your loved one then this is the funeral home you need.
Our family is beyond grateful for the level of hospitality; care; comfort and thoughtfulness both Adam and Angela provided. In preparing for Brad's service, we called other funeral homes in Ellwood before calling Turner's; none of the others provided the empathy and authenticity as Adam and Angela. Meeting them in person (to discuss Brad's arrangements) we could feel the genuine sympathy they felt for our loss. We met over three hours as they were very thorough in leading us through the process of a viewing and funeral service. We never felt pressured to spend additional monies as they designed a beautiful service for Brad within our budget. They exceeded our expectations -- Adam hung two of Brad's (an advent deer hunter) prized deer head mounts on the wall next to his casket which really captured Brad's essence. Adam hung them himself no questions asked! Adam and Angela were very transparent about the financials of Brad's services - there were no surprise / hidden costs. We built rapport and trust with them both and now see them as family. Take the difficulty out of finding the right funeral parlor and go with the best in town - Adam and Angela Hyde at Turner's.
Mine and my sister's experience with Adam and Angela was wonderful, following the loss of our beautiful mother. I was not there for the planning and all that is required to initiate mom's service; as I currently do not live there, although my heart will always be. (Born and raised in E.C) Both Adam and Angela are very kind and compassionate people; they really care about the individuals that walk through their doors, and it shows in all the details that went into planning and carrying out our mom's Memorial service. Her service was carried out very beautifully; we had plenty of room to showcase her pictures, and Angela put together such a Wonderful video and book of our mother' life. They even played her favorite music in the background. The Hyde's stayed in contact with us throughout the process, of waiting for mom's marker to be completed. He assured both my sister and mysel that it would be beautiful, and Adam was not wrong. They both were there for us, from the beginning to the end. I simply cannot say enough about them, their kindness and compassion. If you are looking for someone to carry out your loved one's final wishes, look no further.
