Sue was absolutely phenomenal and very receptive to my needs and delivered 100%, and all of it in 15 minutes flat! Reigned in all my breakage and allowed me to keep my length. I had a sudden urge for a new hair style, called and was able to get an appt at Happy Hair the same day, so convenient! I had a good 8-10 inches taken off my hair and I LOVE IT! She did such a great job! She was so nice and gave lots a tips and tricks on styling my new hairstyle. I will definitely go back for my next haircut!!Service: Haircut

I've only been here to visit the people in the apartment above the shop. I've tried to have this removed from my timelinr but it keeps popping back up. ?

I went here for a perm two weeks ago and had a very bad experience. The owner/stylist was very nice, so I feel bad leaving such a poor review but she ruined my hair.I went to another salon to have a consultation after she permed my hair because it was so dry and knotted that I couldn’t even brush it after she done my hair. Mind you, before this my hair was healthy and down to my butt. Today my hair is above my shoulders because I had to get so much of it cut from all the damage she caused.My hair was still straight in most areas, dry and knotted. The professional I went to for a consultation said that the knots were from not rolling it on the top correctly, and my hair was not saturated nearly enough in the bowel solution and neutralizer. The solution was not left in long enough, and happy hair salon fried my hair. She did not use the right type of rods either. She did a number of things wrong according to not 1 but 3 other professionals who worked in this industry for over 10 years.This was my first time getting my hair done in years and I was so devastated to have such a bad experience. My hair was ruined. I asked the owner for a refund for wasting my time and severely damaging my hair, and not even giving me a proper perm, and she refused. She did not try to fix the problem in any sort of way. I wasted $200 just for my hair to be fried and have to go from hair that went past my butt to hair ABOVE my shoulders because of the damage she caused.I do not recommend this salon AT ALL. I would be less upset if she would have at least refunded me the $200 I wasted on nothing but I didn’t even get the decency of a refund or apology. Instead she blamed me for my hair getting damaged because I flat ironed my hair in my teenage years.
