I bought a 2021 Nissan Titan at Lancaster Nissan last week and could not be more happy with the entire process. As a Ford owner for the past 20 years (3 F-150s and 1 Ranger), I was skeptical that I would like Nissan, but my salesman, Devante Smith, was extremely knowledgeable about Titans and all things Nissan. I test drove the Titan and absolutely loved it. Devante made the entire process—from looking over the truck to test driving to buying—smooth and enjoyable. I told him up front that I didn’t want any of the extra protection packages, and he didn’t pressure me into any, like many other salesman I’ve encountered have done.
