I was referred to Dilibertos by a friend. I needed a sewer stack replacement since mine was a gigantic, cast iron clogged mess. I was in constant contact with Colin, who was prompt and thorough. I spoke with Laia in the office who was able to get a next day appointment for me. Dan and Pete showed up to tackle the job and did an amazing job! Everyone was so easy to work with, nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! Thank you all for fixing everything and replacing the stack with functional PVC!! You guys are fantastic!!
I've been going to Charles Diliberto for all my plumbing needs for over 10 years now and recently had a sump pump backup system installed. Once again, they did a terrific job at a reasonable price and, this time, they even exceeded my expectations. As always, they were on time, friendly, and informative. But while installing the backup sump pump system, they noticed the need for a brace on the primary sump pump system and saw some old water containers lying around from the old system. From 1st contact with Laia to the outstanding and professional work completed definitely 5 star. All work was explained from start to finish and pricing more than extremely fair. Always my 1st call for over 30 years!!!
