I had a positive experience at Douglassville Tower Health Urgent Care. I visited on Monday, November 24th, 2025 at 7:30 PM. Despite not having an appointment, being a walk-in patient, the staff were caring and compassionate, yet quite thorough every step of the process. The check-in experience was easy because all my information, insurance, and past history were already in MyChart/EPIC. Plus, there was no wait at all—my name was called right after I checked in. The staff were kind and easy to talk to, but I also felt confident that they knew exactly what to do to help me. Absolutely awesome experience. I came in last Friday with a hand injury requiring stitiches and they took me back right away even though they were busy. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Dr. Kate fixed me right up and sent me on my way. I was very lucky to find them

Everyone is vary nice friendly.
I got x-ray Katie took the x-ray. Nickolas look at my up arm. She is vary nice friends too. The other nurse that took my blood pressure is vary nice friends too.
