I usually have no issues with this place and would normally rate it 5 stars however based on today's visit I have to change my rating.
Let me preface this by saying I share one vehicle with my significant other and he had to be at work before our daughters appointment at the hospital today so we were early.
That being said. We have been to this facility numerous times before so I knew even though we'd be like 45 minutes early we could wait in the parking lot until it was closer to our time. My husband and I went in to Geisingers women’s wing, to deliver our son over a year ago. I still remember the nurses, a nurse named Annie made what was a scary situation for us (emergency C-section) so much easier. She advocated for our son as if he were her child, and she advocated for me like I was her family. The care she showed for our family was immeasurable. All of the nurses, and doctors were caring and kept us informed every step of the way which was appreciated when we werent expecting the C-section going in.

The nurses and Dr's are extremely nice ??? if my review was just on them I'd give 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but it's not ?. So let me continue... ROOMS?️??: -5⭐ they jam 2 patients in 1 room to share 1?,1☎️,1????. It's a room made for 1 patient but yet they pack 2 patients and everything that comes with each patient in 1 room. FOOD????: -5⭐ their food is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ?? and I'm not exaggerating either. It even has a weird smell to it, regardless of whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It doesn't even look good so, when looking at their food or smelling it, just go with your gut and starve... read full review
