The office staff today was extremely caring and worked on getting me in for an appt at the last minute for my problem child cat! I lucked out and was able to get him in for an appt. Let me say, RACHAEL, a Vet tech or whatever her official title is, was worth her weight in gold! She went above and beyond in every aspect. Listening, but also following through to help us figure things out. I honestly can't believe the insight she used to help fix things! Wow! Rachel- you deserve a raise! ? Thanks for taking the extra time to focus on my poor little neurotic rescue!
I have taken my pets here for over 30 years. Dr. Phillips has always been there for me and my pet. He gives realistic expectations and offers valuable information. He allows you to make the decision and does not push unnecessary testing.

I have been taking pets to the Vets for over 40 years, and Back Mountain Vet hospital is far and away the best I have ever visited. The facility is clean, the staff is very professional, and friendly. This is the first time I have ever seen a vet bring in a Feline health manual and show me where my cat's allergy was described, and the possible causes! I looked for other options, but there just wasn't the availability for bringing in new pets. If you're looking for a vet, there's no need to look beyond the Back Mountain Veterinary Hospital and give them an opportunity to make sure your fur babies are healthy! Kudos to everyone!
