I was debating on not even going in after reading the other reviews of the place, and I shouldn't have. This location is not closed. My mother and I went here yesterday... I had a regular manicure with polish done. By this morning, it was chipped so badly I had to take it off. No, I didn't didn't do anything aggressive to them. The only thing I had done since I left the salon was go to the Pirates game and back home. Literally half of the polish was gone! Anddd. Immediately after leaving the salon, I noticed my polish was bubbly and my nails were filed crookedly. My mother had a nexgen manicure. Bubbly. Damaged her cuticles. And did not apply the product all the way down to the cuticles.

A paying customer should be able to... read full review
