I really like the business and the staff that work there. For that I give 4 stars.Today was a huge disappointment. The staff member that was assigned to me was very rude, unprofessional and was very condescending to a senior Dr. in front of me.He handed me my new pair of glasses without even having me try them on for adjustment and then just walked away.Not a good addiction to the great staff.For that I give 1/2 a star.

I recently had to update my prescription and get new glasses, and I must say the entire process was incredibly smooth and well-organized. It was truly one of the best experiences I've had at an eye doctor.

I'm not local and was travelling for work today. My glasses broke and I was scrambling to find a replacement in time to drive home the following morning. Kim assured me over the phone that they'd be able to assist. A short drive from Harrisburg later and I was warmly welcomed by truly professional staff. My optician (I wish I could remember his name) was patient and easy to work with. I had brand new beautiful frames and lenses in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. I wish I lived closer as this would be my go for all my families eye care needs. Would give 10 stars if possible.
