DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TAX OR OTHER ACCOUNTING NEEDS. They are some of the most nonresponsive people I've ever worked with & don't seem to care at all if they file their client's taxes on time. I called numerous times in the spring to ask about the status of the tax returns & the receptionist (Alison) assured me she would let Chris know I called. I don't know if it was Alison just not doing her job or Chris choosing to never respond but it was radio silent. We ended up pulling the work from them & went with another provider since we had no faith our taxes would be timely filed. As an accountant myself, it is shameful that they provide such a low level of service in this profession.

I haven't been able to speak with Chris Ruggiero since October, my 2019 return is still un-filed. After multiple rate lock extensions, my lender finally dropped my 2.375% refinance because Chris couldn't get my 2019 1040 filed in time (it is still not filed).I call or email every week and although his assistant Alison has been responsive, no action has been taken to resolve this situation. I would rate 0 stars if I could. This has been a very upsetting, stressful and costly situation.

CHristopher Ruggiero has advised me and prepared my State and Federal Income tax for the past 15 years. I always feel confident when I act on Chris' advice. I highly recommend Mr Ruggiero for all accounting and tax matters.

Refuses to get back to me after many many attempts at getting updates on my delayed tax refund - almost 2 years!! Do not use this guy for your tax work.
