It has been a tremendous positive influence in my overall health and well-being. Plus it’s like joining in a big supportive family. My husband and I train with Andrew, and he's absolutely fantastic. Even though he pushes to get the best out of you, he's mindful of any injuries you may have and provides great tips on ensuring you have the correct posture and breathing techniques. Not only do we feel stronger after starting at Fit This Way, we are motivated to workout on days we are not training with Andrew. Love the fact that he trains early in the mornings. I have attended a couple of the evening group sessions as well, and they are equally good. The group size is small (which helps ensure you are doing the exercises in the proper form) and fun to workout with. I always leave this place... read full review

I am 49 and I have been working out at Fit This Way for the past year. My challenge when it comes to working out is motivation. Even though I know it's good for me, I don't like to exercise. I need a trainer to design the workouts (otherwise I would just do the exercises that are easy for me), keep me accountable, and make the workouts interesting. The trainers (Andrew and Alex) at Fit This Way accomplish all 3 of those objectives. They design interesting and engaging workouts that have enabled me to lose weight and become stronger and healthier than ever. The most rewarding benefit is that I have been able to stick to a regular exercise routine.
