i’ve been meaning to make this review for a while but i end up forgetting but i’ve been going to Heather for a while now and automatically she listened to what i said, where my problem areas are and kind of personalized my massage for me to focus more on my problem areas. What i really love about her is she gets to know everything that is going on with my body and does a-lot of research to give me a better massage to help my body. She introduced me to cupping and i am in love i feel so much better now i feel like i don’t have as much tension and she knows exactly where to place the cups to give me the maximum amount of relief. Heather is phenomenal! She is very personable and you can tell she is very passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. You will leave there feeling so relaxed, light, and rejuvenated - but also ready to take a nap! I recommend her to everyone!

I was able to book online same day for a 30 min massage with Heather, who was new to the Spa, sh very knowledgeable about her profession. Thank you for working the stress out of my muscles.
