I appreciated the attention and care that was provided, as well as clear instructions for my Leo's follow-up care. I did want to share one small concern. After the examination and diagnosis, I was surprised that Leo's wound wasn’t cleaned and dressed before we left the facility. We were given appropriate medication and instructions, however I would have expected that a basic cleansing and dressing would be part of the in-clinic care—especially given the nature of his injury and the recommendation to continue this practice at home. Perhaps your clinic follows a more minimalist model—this was my first visit, so I wasn't sure how things are done.... read full review
The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They explain everything and answer any and all questions. They are very sweet and gentle with my dogs. I can tell they really love animals and care for their well being. I recently lost one of my dogs and they were very comforting and empathetic.
