I attended her workshop on Inflammation at Simply Yoga and Fitness which provided an excellent introduction to the inflammatory process and ways to improve our health.Emily and I followed this up with a 30 minute phone consultation. In this short period of time we covered a significant amount of my issues. Emily was able to quickly pinpoints areas that are causing me current problems and offered workable suggestions to help.I would encourage anyone to work with Emily to improve your health and wellbeing

Emily is a very kind and engaging person who takes time to know you personally and recommend some dietary changes that may help. I (Vicki) worked with her to see if I could reduce my meds and take a more holistic approach. I learned a great deal about wheat and its effects on thyroid and other inflammatory issues. I was able to avoid any thyroid meds as a result and I have started to reduce my other meds as a result of making some dietary changes she has recommended. She has a lot of knowledge due to her own past experience and she is extremely easy to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for better health the natural way!
