Nobody at the front desk understands insurance and they will refuse to see you if you have state insurance, even if they say they can, you will waste your time going in and being sent home. You won’t be seen for at least an hour or 2 past your appointment. Dr will dismiss your conditions, tell you to get surgery when you don’t need it. Also send you to your PCP when you have any issues with their treatment plan. Why would a specialist send you to your PCP when your condition worsens on their watch. Terrible service from beginning to end. All these 5 star reviews must be fake. This is a review for my partner who got terrible service and will never go back. 12/25

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Kim at OIP, but unfortunately it was not a positive experience. The provider didn’t give me the opportunity to explain my situation, and once he realized my visit was through workers’ comp, he immediately cut me off. Because of this, workers’ comp later denied my case based on Dr. Kim’s report.

A terrific clinic and the word must be out because it was jammed to the rafters with many in need of the top notch quality care provided.
PA Dakota Edmiston earns 5 stars! His professionalism and diligence remain greatly appreciated! Best of all he asked critical questions and to my surprise listened!
Finally this is a clean and extremely organized medical practice. But the wait caused me to yield to 4 stars vs the 5. The staff works extra hard to give quality care but please put in air circulation to prevent the virus threats of the day—especially when we are jammed waiting for that quality care.
