I just took my first F45 Bryn Mawr class with Susan and it was fantastic. The energy of the gym and members was really high, it had a nice community feel, and Susan was very welcoming and helped push me. I really enjoyed the blend of strength and cardio….I will be back!!!

I really enjoy training at F45 Bryn Mawr. The 45-minute workouts are super effective—I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, and feel much stronger. What I appreciate most is how personal it still feels, even in a group setting. Coaches like Susan, Ken, and Sarah always motivate me and make the effort to connect, which makes a big difference. I actually look forward to going to the gym now—and feel a bit sad when I miss a class. It’s been a great experience.

F45 Bryn Mawr has changed my life! I could go on and on. I love that there are dedicated heavy weight training days. I love the space, the studio and the vibe (super inclusive-people from all walks of life and all body types!) I love that it’s only 45 minutes. The trainers (Susan, Nas, Ryan) make sure I am keeping good form. It’s not just working out, it’s part of my lifestyle and it brings me community. High five. Fist bump.
