Best customer service, trustworthy, accommodative- this is your true Family Owned and operated just like they had when I was young. From my first call with Daniele who coordinated with Mitch; one of the original installers from 2013. I called to have a few corrections and my lock was entirely shot and out of warranty. Daniele and Mitch, helped me troubleshoot and realized it would be best to have the manufacturer complete the job. Thermal Quality coordinated all aspects and had Nick repair my door, again out of warranty but still provided stellar support. Not very many companies have this work ethic, however Thermal Quality has not let me down and still support past consumers. Thank you to all the staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
