Private Showers, Not too Expensive, has a week of free use for no fee. Scan barcode on door for a mth free. Treadmills, Bikes, Rower and Stair Climbers, Free Weights, Circuit Training, Functional Fitness area and gym floor. Showers are private and hot though gender indifferent. I have just successfully finished a 21 day challenge. I highly recommended this challenge to anyone that is looking to jump start your weight loss journey. After almost a month of following the plan I have more energy and lost more inches than I thought I would during this time period .I have always struggled with my weight following the eating and exercise plan has given me the structure and the hope that I will conquer this obstacle. Going to group workout sessions 3-4 times a week have been wonderful. Dillion has been great to work with. He carefully personalizes your work out depending on what is best for you.
