The tax preparer was great but you shouldn’t advertise same day advances on taxes. Was told when I called 24 to 48 hours. When I got there was told at least a week. Now I look on your website and it says up to 8 weeks. Totally deceiving advertising on Jackson Hewitt’s part. Plus to top it off your prices for a simple return was insane. You couldn’t get any more simple than what I filed.

We had a very pleasant experience. William Brewer prepared our tax return. He seemed very knowledgeable and he really took his time a double checked everything to ensure that we got the biggest refund possible, I’ll definitely use him again!

William at the Boothwyn Jackson Hewitt was the only tax preparer that took his time and explained every thing to me. He very friendly very professional and very helpful. I have been filing taxes for 35 years and I have never had anyone to help me like William. If you have not filed your taxes yet, please go to see William.
