Stephanie Honick was our agent and she did an amazing job for us throughout the stressful home buying process. With the current crazy real estate market, Stephanie helped us step by step (in a flow chart format!) in what to do and who to contact. She also guided us in how to adjust and stay competitive with our offers. Our agent Dorthea Kudzmas of the Silva Group was incredible. We didn't truly understand the value of an agent before working with Dorthea and because of her we finally found our dream house. She was knowledgeable, but just as importantly Dorthea was honest, direct and not afraid to tell us when she thought we were compromising as we looked at many houses in a tough market for buyers.
