Had a similar situation as the other reviewer who mentioned how they poorly deal with releasing you from a contract if you are unhappy with them. As well as the realtors hyping themselves up to be much better than they are, I personally would also not recommend them to anyone I know.

I am completely disgusted with how they run their company. I was in a situation with one of their realtors who did open houses in bad weather and on a superbowl. She basically blamed us for why our house sat for so long, I was super cooperative and wasn’t against lowering the price. I requested to cancel contract after almost 6 months, i also lost a house with great opportunity and very good price due to my house not being sold. But her and this company refused and basically forced us to sell with them or pay for the house for another 6 months to let it expire. The new realtor from a different branch was just as bad.
