The connection and culture with Coldwell Banker are far superior and I feel like I am HOME! (Pun intended). I had the pleasure of working with Sharon Diller out of this office, she was amazing! When other realtors were telling me they couldn’t meet my needs she said “I will make it happen”. I moved from Georgia to Pa and bought my house based on video walk through with her. I literally saw my house 2 hours before closing and there were no real surprises! She handled everything for me, and put up with my anxiety being a first time home buyer and being 800 miles away. We were able to go offer to close in less than 30 days!
