So I called them this morning and spoke to a real person. lol. I hate getting an automated answering machine. Explained the problem and the gentleman said he might be able to get someone there by the afternoon or early Monday. The repairman showed up, quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. Also replaced the 2 sensors as they were in bad shape. I would highly recommend them.
