I was ripped off by another contactor who put a metal roof on my house. They were almost done with the process and we had a high wind storm. The wind ripped both sides of the metal roof off completely in one giant piece. The contractor would NOT honor the 13 year warranty. Wanted me to pay to have it redone. As a first responder for over three decades, an amputee and going through some health issues, Big Fish heard about this and reached out to me. They gave me one heck of a deal and took great care of me. They made things right even when they didn't have to. I would HIGHLY recommend Big Fish Roofing.
I hired Big Fish for my dimensional asphalt shingle roof replacement as well as the replacement of vinyl siding on one side of my home. I received four quotes and Big Fish was one of the lower cost estimates. There were no annoying high pressure sales tactics. The Big Fish team worked with my schedule and they very professional and accommodating, even as I asked for changes to the scope of work. They followed through with everything promised and the work looks perfect. Cleanup was impressive - after they were done there was no trace left. I'm extremely happy with my choice and give them a very hearty recommendation!
I had a great experience with Big Fish. They did a great job on the roof, gutters and downspouts. The price was reasonable and everything was cleaned very nicely. They even had a separate person, Dustin, come and make an inspection of the work and clean to make sure everything was cleaned up and that I was satisfied.
