The crew did wonderful job. They where very fast and efficient. What seemed like a blink of an eye the old siding was down and the new siding was up. The team also was wonderful when it was discovered that an issue came up with my tv and internet cable. Working together with my telecom provider the team assisted in a new cable being run and completely hidden behind the new siding.

Being a very particular homeowner and a bit of a perfectionist, I have to give Jim Sinclair a 5-star rating for excellent follow up. Given the home I own was built in 1956 and has its issues like other older homes, we encountered a few additional needed resolutions while installing a new roof. Jim was faithful to return and to be sure each item was addressed to my satisfaction. He personally supervised most of the project and his sidekick Brennan even came out to help me take down some heavy mirrors inside before the sheeting and roofing began. Good people!

Phoenix Roofing Co. is currently installing siding on the properties at Rivers Bend Condominiums in northeast Philadelphia. The work is beautiful and professionally done. Giovanni is present and ensuring the work goes smoothly. The neighbors are very happy with the quality of this work.
