A good friend dragged me here. I was hesitant. And in one visit, after years of muscle knots, pinched nerve issues, constantly in pain on and off…GONE! Truly a “why did I wait so long moment”. And the staff is friendly, ambiance welcoming, and the physicians GIFTED! It’s like a new lease on life! Must try!
Dr. Stef is so incredibly helpful. I always leave her office feeling 10x better than when I walk in. She listens to your concerns and explains everything clearly. She’s made a huge difference in my back, hip and neck pains with her adjustments, cupping and advice on how to change my diet. Dr. Stef also just recently started treating my 4 month old to help with his bowel movements and acid reflex. She’s so gentle and loving towards my baby which makes me feel safe under her care. I highly recommended New Heights for anyone seeking safe and natural treatment for their family and themselves. Love it here!
I have been seeing Dr. Stef for Chiro services and help with a tear in my hip labrum - I was unable to put weight onto my right leg, I couldn’t walk straight and after a few sessions I can stand on my right foot again, walk normal and the pain has seriously decreased! So thankful for Stef and her team! Excited to keep working together!
