Dr. Stef is so incredibly helpful. I always leave her office feeling 10x better than when I walk in. She listens to your concerns and explains everything clearly. She’s made a huge difference in my back, hip and neck pains with her adjustments, cupping and advice on how to change my diet. Dr. Stef also just recently started treating my 4 month old to help with his bowel movements and acid reflex. She’s so gentle and loving towards my baby which makes me feel safe under her care. I highly recommended New Heights for anyone seeking safe and natural treatment for their family and themselves. Love it here!

I have been seeing Dr. Stef for Chiro services and help with a tear in my hip labrum - I was unable to put weight onto my right leg, I couldn’t walk straight and after a few sessions I can stand on my right foot again, walk normal and the pain has seriously decreased! So thankful for Stef and her team! Excited to keep working together!

This place is top notch in every aspect. Upon entering, the waiting area is perfect. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Personally, I see Dr. Brenda. She is fantastic and provides excellent treatment and advice. The massage therapist, Linda, is terrific. If you are new to chiropractic care or looking for a new office, I highly recommend New Heights Chiropractic and Wellness.
