We had our heating and dryer ducts cleaned today by DC Carpet Care. Scheduling was easy and I only booked a few days ago. The guys that came out were friendly, efficient, and respectful of our home and our pets. They got the job done very quickly and at a great price. Highly recommend using them!!
I needed my couch steam cleaned. Called this company for service. They were readily available, got me on the schedule the next day, called and texted to confirm appointment on the morning when they were due to arrive and they came on time. Price was very reasonable for the size of my couch. The two team members who did the service were very courteous and professional, as was the manager who set up the appointment for us. My couch is old and has been through a lot, but after the service was completed, it looked much better and I was glad to have it sanitized. The. Best. Polite, respectful, fair, professional. I had my carpets, sofa and dryer vent cleaned. They didn't rush and were so thorough. They seemed to care about my property and satisfaction. Clearly a privately owned company which makes all the difference.
