We had our heating and dryer ducts cleaned today by DC Carpet Care. Scheduling was easy and I only booked a few days ago. The guys that came out were friendly, efficient, and respectful of our home and our pets. They got the job done very quickly and at a great price. Highly recommend using them!!

I paid $225 for 4 small rooms of "deep cleaning pkg with enzyme treatment." They told me it'd need 6-8 hours to dry. It wasn't dry until 4 days later. I saw the same stains come up so I called the owner David. He said he'd talk to his crew and get back to me. When he called back he said he'd like to come out and do another rinse. No one showed up for that appointment. No one answered my phone calls. No one answered my texts. That was weeks ago. I'm not sure they even used any cleanser at all!UPDATE: Same day I posted this I got a call from the owner who left a message saying he'd like to re-do the treatment. I left him a voicemail and an email a few days ago with 4 different day/times that would work for me and he still hasn't answered!Service: Pet stain & odor removal

Had this company clean an area rug at their shop. They said they cleaned it three times but the end result was I couldn't tell any difference from when they picked it up. I can understand if not all stains are removable but this rug looked like it was never cleaned at all. In fact there were still xmas tree needles on the underside of the rug from months before so how thorough could they have been? I used a steamer vac on it afterwards and the water came out BROWN. That's just wrong.

I needed my couch steam cleaned. Called this company for service. They were readily available, got me on the schedule the next day, called and texted to confirm appointment on the morning when they were due to arrive and they came on time. Price was very reasonable for the size of my couch. The two team members who did the service were very courteous and professional, as was the manager who set up the appointment for us. My couch is old and has been through a lot, but after the service was completed, it looked much better and I was glad to have it sanitized. I would highly recommend this company and if I ever need my couch cleaned again, I will be calling them!Service: Upholstery cleaning
