Stephen was efficient, friendly and easy going. Even with a small issue on our part not his , he was helpful and resolved the issue quickly. So happy we went to this well established family business. Highly recommend this location.

11/10 service. I had never even used them before but had a problem wit a car that was impounded due to still having NJ plates in NJ but registered in PA. I did it through what us3d to be "Nelsons" next to the DOT in bensalem out of convenience and bein new to the area. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They are HORRIBLE (NELSONS). their # didnt work despite changing ownership months ago, they charge over $300, no customer service, and arent even open half the time. AVOID. Steven at bensalem auto tag/title helped me get all my registration info for my car that was impounded (i was across the country for a month), he did all the leg work and made phone calls, even text me from his...read full review

This guy is the TRUTH don’t even go anywhere else, he’s quick organized and super helpful, aand knowledgeable he even helped me get insurance when every company told me no, I never go anywhere else ever again! I wish I could give this place 10 stars
