We required a furnace replacement during extremely cold winter conditions, and Knisley and Sons were able to accommodate us promptly. Despite encountering a few unforeseen challenges that were outside of their control, Jeff and Greg demonstrated exceptional dedication by working extended hours from morning through evening to ensure the installation was completed.
Additionally, Sam was consistently prompt and thorough in following up to confirm that everything was completed properly. The team’s professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to quality service were greatly appreciated.

Needed a sewer line replaced and Knisely got back to us right away. Very professional from the jump. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Sam did an awesome job communicating a plan of action, next steps, cost, etc. Todd and Josh were also awesome to work with. They pointed out a few other issues during the repair and were more than happy to correct those as well. Give those guys a raise! They busted their tails for three days repairing the sewer line. It's hard to find quality workers like those two! I certainly hope I don't have plumbing issues for a very long time, but if I do, Knisely will be the first call I make.
