The PAC is a great gym.
Staff is excellent - equipment covers everything from powerlifting to CrossFit to boxing. The community/ atmosphere is hands down the best. I’ve been going to gyms for over 30 years. I put the PAC RIght at the top.

Absolutely love the PAC! I took the plunge after feeling intimidated for quite a while. Every member of the gym is friendly. The coaches are awesome! As a middle-aged woman joining a new gym can be kind of scary, but the PAC has been so welcoming I’ve made lots of friends here. Sign up for the three day pass. Do you want it?

This is a great gym, great atmosphere, equipment and most of all the staff is fantastic . From Linda who’s like the gym mom and greets you with a hug when you walk in, To heather who has been fantastic working with my daughter and another little girl twice a week. The progress my daughter has made is nothing short of amazing and I couldn’t be happier and I am so proud to see the excitement on my daughter’s face when she has done something she’s been trying to achieve. If you’re looking for a great gym that treats you like family then go check it out.
