Staff is always super friendly and great with my daughter. She is the only kid I know that loves going to the dentist. And it is because they are so gentle with her mouth, explain what they are doing in a age appropriate way and she of course loves the coin she gets for the toy machine!!! I recommend them to everyone!!
Dr. Mark always does great work. He’s very patient and gentle, explains everything so your child will feel comfortable. My child said she felt nothing yesterday and enjoys the dentist again after having a bad experience with the lady dentist a year or so ago there. She will only go back to Dr. Mark now. She said the dental assistant was so nice and genuine. They both were so pleasant and compassionate to me as well, explaining everything in understandable terms. Thank you!
My children have been coming to this office since Dr Blum was practicing and I never had an issue until now. My son had a traumatic injury to his tooth on a Friday night. I called the office and the standard greeting was on “we are seeing patients please leave a message”. I called back Saturday, same thing. Working in a doctors office I understand how important it is that pts can reach someone on the weekend if they are having a medical issue. There is no difference for a dental issue.
Other than that this office is awesome!
