Tyler and Van are both incredibly knowledgable, passionate trainers. Not only is their exercise and programming knowledge high, but they have created and fostered a workout environment that is welcoming all the way from the high school athlete to the 70 year old client looking for a healthy lifestyle change. They make revival a place each and every client looks forward to coming to. I could not recommend Tyler, Van, and Revival Fitness & Rehab and more. They are the best training gym in Central PA!
I went as a guest with a friend to try revival for the first time. I have a permanent ankle injury so working out in a traditional way can be hard for me. Van helped me and. modified the workout in class for me. This was extremely helpful and made me comfortable in class. I also feel I got a great workout also. I wpukd recommend going to revival especially if you have injuries. I felt safe doing my workout and it wasn't painful or hard on my ankle. Thank you Can and I look forward to another class

Then free lunch (I want the recipe for the pasta salad!). Then a dietitian talking about about food and ways to change eating happens to benefit...read full review
