Lena is super sweet ! She did my nails so nice !. Gave me a pedicure too and had me cracking up. She even gave me pointers on how to paint my toenails correctly. She's a sweetheart ?

My experience was terrible. I went in to get gel polish off my toes. Which took approximately 5 minutes. They charged me 20 dollars to have the gel polish removed. I called another nail place and they only charge 5 dollars for the same service. Lena’s Nails is a total rip off. Do not waste your money there. Not a happy customer. I will NOT be back ever!Service: Polish removal

Never again, I used to come here before and now I remember why I don’t anymore but my regular girl was booked. She charged for a gel mani and pedi 110 which blows my mind. The polish is thick she barely cut my cuticles and nicked my finger which hurts. The polish is thick and lumpy like a 5 year old would paint better than this! Unreal?

I hate to leave a negative review bc the woman was so nice. I should have been honest and spoken up while I was there, as I noticed all kinds of things done wrong, but was too modest to do so.
The whole process felt very rushed. I was cut on 4 fingers, which left abrasions, and the acrylic liquid that was used on my nails, burned so bad. I have never seen a manicurist use this method. There were jagged edges left digging into the sides my nails, which were not acknowledged or filed down, there was simply acrylic put on top. The nails were uneven and thick in areas. There was also thick clumps of glue on the back of the nails, which should have been sanded off.
I ended up with a painful infection on my pinkie. I had to rip the nail off to relieve some of the pain. I've never had such a bad experience. I won't be returning.

Was going on vacation so wanted to get my nails done, and while she was doing them they were burning like crazy. They were uneven and started falling off after one week. When I got back from vacation I went back to get fixed and she charged me as much as a new set. Two weeks later I got an infection under my thumb nail and it looks like my original nail is falling off. Place was not very clean either.

my nails were uneven they were lumpy and bad service when i asked for my design to be in the middle the person but on the side this place is terrible and my nails were crooked
