I litterally Just Pre-paid for my service for the 3rd year. As the driver showed up on 2/22/23 the same day to do the first treatment. I watched from my window. He spent less than a minute and skipped a whole 1/3 of the yard. I approached him and questioned this. His anwer was " i'll do it again since your out here" I made my decision to cancel at that time. A refund was issued minus the treatment that this driver did. The billing Dept. told me straight out. "you got the treatment and you are being charged for it". I understand it was completed but after 3 years of patronage to TrueGreen you would think the right thing to do would be Refund the entire amount . Be wary of the job they do when nobody is watching. I only wonder how many applications I paid for over the last several years where not done or done inadequately. IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD FOR ALL ASPECTS OF THIS COMPANY.
These guys did a great job. They came out to our home, were very professional and got our yard back in shape so that we can manage it. We will certainly continue forward with regular service. They are very responsive and we appreciate the quick and clear communication! They mean what they say and they say what they mean - Love the reliability!Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
I would give them NO stars if I could. Our lawn was covered with weeds and crabgrass so we paid in full for 6 services. They would come out and do something and leave really quickly. We saw no change whatsoever so I had to call after every service for extra services and still we saw no change. We finally had someone come out to take a look at our lawn after like the third service because we were not seeing any improvement and our lawn was just getting worse and worse. All they told us was to call for extra services which we were already doing.... We still gave them a chance but seeing our lawn just get worse and worse and getting tired of calling them we decided to cancel our subscription. When I called and asked for a full refund they said they can only do 50% refund. I was already sick of them by this point so I just said ok. But after I canceled our subscription, they came out and did something to our lawn and charged us. I had to call them again for this...TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We basically paid money for a worse lawn. STAY AWAY from this company. I'm surprised that they are still in business.
