I can't recommend her enough! She's taken care of 4 of our pets for a long time with compassion and she gives us a senior discount. She helped us with end-of-life for our 16 1/2-year-old dog with chronic health problems and out 14 1/2-year-old cat with renal failure, which she taught us to treat at home, extending his life another two years with "kitty kidney dialysis." She comforted us in our grief despite her busy office. Since then, she's been taking care of our younger dog and cat that we got after or beloved old friends died. She has always listened and taken good care of our pets.

Lastly, the groomers are fantastic with Murphy. He always... read full review

I told the tech that a muzzle required she refused and took his leash, I attempted to follow and was told to stay. This was way out of the way my dog has always been handled. 1week later I get called by Animal Health Bureau that he bit someone. I was never told this by the vets office, so I was very confused. Then realized on that date he went for a nail trim. Rather than a muzzle, they threw a blanket on him to handle him. This scared this... read full review
