From the first call to the orientation to the surgery was so easy , the staff was very knowledgeable and so sweet . The doctor is amazing, I had no issues after the surgery, has been 5 month and I'm so happy with my decision and the results . Thank you Esprit for the best experience.

Currently in process of getting a breat implants. Everyone has been so pleasant so far. They have been very clear on pricing and process. The emails and texts have been so helpful. Dr c is very professional, even my husband was very concerned going into the office with me, but he really like how everyone handled things and explain what the process was. 3d imagine was down, but now is back up. As prior comments, yes I can see how that is frustrating but imagine how frusting it was for them. My hubs works on tech field and I worked in the medical field, we both understand machines don't always want to work and sometimes it takes longer then expected to fix things....read full review

I was referred to Dr. Connell by a family friend for a reduction, and after about 2 and a half months post surgery, I could not be happier with the results. Everyone has been unbelievably kind and accommodating from start to finish. When I received my first consultation I was out of state, and the staff came together to organize one remotely and schedule the procedure to perfectly line up with my return! As for the actual procedure, I'm in my early 20's and haven't had any major surgeries, so needless to say I was nervous, but the process was completely seamless to the point where it literally felt like a routine appointment.
