12 years ago they did a thorough inspection and gave the most informative explanation when we got a bid from them 12 years ago. I’ve always joked that I know more about my roof now than I probably should. What really stood out, is now 12 years later there was an issue with a ridge cap coming off and I reached out to them and they came back without issue and took care of it. Customer service above and beyond!
a friend recommended Roof Life of Oregon to me. I originally only was looking to have my Moss removed, but they advised me about roof venting on my 1956 ranch home, and also the base of a pipe for my bathroom fan that was not installed correctly. I felt that the quote they gave me for everything was quite Fair. they showed up when they said they would, and completed repairs as quoted. the only thing left is the Moss treatment which they say they will contact me when they make it back to my area, but no charge until it's completed. I am very satisfied with their work.
The team just left our house, and we had an excellent experience with Riccardo, Marcello, and Sergio. They were professional, courteous, friendly, answered all of our questions, and even cleaned our skylight.
