My experience with flow roofing for new gutter installation surpassed every expectation. The customer service was truly exceptional, going above and beyond at every turn.Verrill was great to work with. Unlike the other 4 companies I previously got quotes for in the Portland area he was not pushy or tried to upsell. He took the time to understand my needs and concerns without pressure. Flow roofing was recommended by a friend and I am glad I used them. Nic came and did a tune up and repair and showed me pictures of what repairs he did and also explained other issues that will happen to a roof over time. He was early for the scheduled appointment ( he did call to let me know) and was honest and professional.

Though we ultimately didn't use Flow Roofing, we found their estimator and the owner to be very knowledgeable, generous with their time, and fairly priced. Our roofing job was complicated due to needing insulation and extending the roof line all at the same time. Very few roofing companies do all of these things, which is why we decided on someone else. I had very high confidence that Flow Roofing would have been able to do a good job.
