I posted one star but this is only directed towards Dr Deng. Dr Lopez and Chase get five. Dr Lopez is absolutely amazing and Chase in the office is very helpful and kind.
Dr Deng has never felt like she ever really cared about my pet. I believe she is in the business for money. Dr Lopez is absolutely wonderful, on the floor cuddling and caring for your loved one.
Last week I had to deal with Dr Deng and one of her assistants. Because of very very poor communication, misinformation, actually feel like I was lied to. Instead of being able to get medication when I needed it they close their office early on New Year's Eve day without ever mentioning to me that they were going to close early. My dog was in desperate need of antibiotics and because of their incompetency my pup got so uncomfortable without the meds that I had to put her down over the weekend. I hold Dr Deng completely responsible for this.. she is the worst veterinarian that I have ever dealt with in my 67 years.
Dr Lopez is wonderful but only there on fridays. If you have to go to this clinic please only go on Fridays if you love your animal.

We were waiting more than half an hour than scheduled. Service was okay. Because prices are very very high, we covered only emergency situation. Didn’t get the summary of appointment and have to make two calls to get one. All over was okay.

I can’t thank the staff at Companion enough! My elderly dog needed a check up and has extreme anxiety. He’s blind and he’s not able to have sedatives. Doctor and her assistant came to the car and gave him his exam. It was still stressful , but not nearly as stressful as an office visit. I can’t be more grateful to the entire staff! Thank you from the three of us!

My husband was sent over to the NEW clinic from the SW Human Society and they even called ahead to let them know at The Community Vet. Clinic The rude young girl said “Who sent you here “ Told my Husband that they couldn’t help and started kicking my Husband out the door along with our cat. She then yelled out to my Husband as he was leaving call DoveLewis. We will not go back and I’ve told several people about this Horrible Experience They need to read their website about helping pet owners and keeping families with their pets

Always a pleasant visit and I love how quick I can get an appointment for my fur babies. Staff are always nice which makes the visit easier especially when you’re concerned for your pet. The vet explains everything in a digestible manner and is super sweet overall. Thanks as always. :)
