I have, unfortunately, had the occasion now to use Autumn Funerals for both my mom's passing and my dad's. Both times we were treated compassionately. Information was presented in a straightforward, clear way, which is helpful when you are in shock and grieving. I never felt as if we were being upsold or pressured at all.

I've had to use these services for my hospice clients but when I had to use this service personally, I went with Autumn/ Crown Memorial. I was pleased at their efficiency of pick up of deceased ( important in such matters; waited 30 minutes) and their overall empathy and ability to be patient dealing with my questions dealing with online paperwork. It was really important that my family member was cremated in her clothes and in a timely manner, and they honored my requests and asked the right questions that helped me feel more secure about everything.
