My contractor hired this company to deliver concrete for a patio pour in my backyard. According to him he told them that the payment will be made once he is done with the work and gets paid. Due to weather condition the completion of the job was delayed (stamping and sealing) and this company started harassing me to get paid. They left notes everyday when I was out on vacation to an extent that our neighbors started contacting us while we were out of town.When I got back, I called them and reassured them that payment will be made to them and even if my contractor does not pay, I will cover their service. I called Tualatin Valley Short Load and arranged a time to deliver that was perfect for my schedule. The price was competitive, the driver was early, very friendly and helped with my job as he didn’t have another job immediately after. Very courteous, friendly, helpful. I would use Tualatin Valley Short Load in a heartbeat on my next job.
