We encountered a serious roof leak which in turn created a ceiling leak, then a day later, part of our ceiling along with the insulation, collapsed onto our Christmas tree and floor. Our entire home was re-roofed and then the amazing crew from Santiam Drywall arrived a day later and completely fixed our ceiling in only two days! We were very impressed with how fast, professional, organized, and how they completed the job to perfectly match the rest of our ceiling! Another pleasant surprise was the cost for our misfortune was considerably less than we expected! Two days later our holiday guests began to arrive to a newly modified roof and ceiling.

We needed help with a small project involving installation of Type X sheetrock in the ceiling of our our garage. Santiam Drywall (SD) was recommended to us by a competitor that had previously declined the job. I met with Josh and his Dad on two occasions to scope out the project and plan logistics. The SD team, including installer Carlos, completed the job in a very professional and timely manner. We will definitely retain their services in the future and highly recommend them to others. Josh was recommended to me by a General Contractor buddy and I hired him to do the drywall in my kitchen and living area during a remodel. He gave excellent advice during our first meeting, was very upfront about costs, indicated ways to save money if desired, and came up with a good cost effective plan. During the actual work, I asked him to add a couple more items that were not initially discussed and he tackled these extras without hesitation. In the end, his work was excellent and his price reflected what he initially stated plus the additions I added. He responds quickly to text and overall provides an excellent product with great customer service. Highly recommend.
