Dr. Hana was very patient, attentive, gentle, and compassionate while caring for my very sick dog. The office staff and technician were all courteous and kind in every interaction we had through the process of making appointments and following through with details.
Amazing staff! Super friendly and i really felt like they cared about my kitty, as opposed to it just being a job to do. I also had a lot of questions and they were there to answer them all, including sending me information as asked.
Staff members are there to help when the calls come in. Their concern is genuine and they feel my pain and fear. They always call to see how our Orca is doing the day after. Thank you for your staff and Dr. F.R
