Jon took great care to ask me about the knee pain I was experiencing, what I had tried, and what my goals were. He analyzed everything from gait to cadence and used a combination of experience and expertise to prescribe me a series of strength exercises and cues to focus on while running. Over 6 sessions and several months I am back to full strength and speed training with no limitations and no pain . I couldn’t be more thankful for Jon helping me get back to training for the things I love. If you’ve been trying to manage pain on your own, give it up and go see Jon.
In 2022, after 25 years of pursuit, I finally realized my dream of becoming a professional baseball player. This huge successful leap was met with several challenging setbacks that required attention to my spinal and muscular systems. Throughout Year 1, I worked with Jon 2-3 times a week before and after games to get me back to performing at the level I wanted and needed. He always provided the treatment and care I needed, always educated me on what and why he was doing, and always ensured I had the knowledge and resources to understand how to complete what I needed outside of our visits. I met Jon for an initial assessment and came away impressed with his expertise and relatability. Their space is exceptionally clean and robust in what it offers for recovery and training. After my visit I was moving better than when I arrived. I appreciated Jon’s approach that recognized “stopping training” wasn’t a solution. Instead he gave me practices to integrate into everyday life and training that are sustainable and work.
