These guys did a great job from beginning to end. Bid was fast and competitive. Installation was scheduled and completed in a week. Installation was CLEAN!!! as in things are straight, plumb, secure, and well sealed. Also, installation guys put up with me checking things out as it went along and asking a lot of questions. Mike, Sterling, Randy and Jeff from Salem Heating & Sheet Metal installed a new Lennox furnace, air conditioner, and Bradford White hot water heater in our home and did a great job. I would like to commend Salem Heating and Sheet Metal for the excellent job they did in replacing our 25-year-old HVAC system, which was a complex and challenging system. I quoted three well-known HVAC companies that serve Salem, and ultimately worked closely with Salem Heating and Sheet Metal, as well as another company, to finalize the details for a comprehensive system quote.
