Salem Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

I've been going to Salem Family & Cosmetic dentistry for about 3 years. They have an exceptional service team and the quality of their work is exceptional as well. The ginormous water fountain is quite a sight and the sound of the flowing water is something I believe to reduce my high anxiety. I really appreciate this office and go out of my way to make sure I have an insurance plan they accept. They are slightly more expensive than the cheaper options in Salem but prove to be worth it at every appointment. We brought my son here for a second opinion a few years ago when another office offered a highly invasive surgery plan. They did not put that office down in anyway...read full review

The front desk staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable when I walked in. My hygienist and Dentist were both extremely thorough and very nice. Very excited to be making the switch from smiles dental. I will be signing my husband up at Salem Family and Cosmetic Dental. ?

The front desk staff were very welcoming and pleasant to work with, professional from beginning to end.Like most people I have some anxiety while going to the dentist and Monique (Dental Assistant), made sure I was comfortable during the entire time she was taking X-rays, and made sure I knew the process of how the appointment would go.Dr. Higgins was very informative on what my treatment plan would be moving forward, and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. I would highly recommend this office, hands down!
