If I didn't need a new eye exam done so bad I would have left and rescheduled. I have 1:40pm apt, over 35 minute wait for appointment, there was 3 people in the waiting room and one being seen one person left without seeing the doc. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the lady up front that helps with the beginning of the exam offered and made me the best coffee I've had all year!

Recently had some issues with another provider in town. We called the office to see if they were accepting new patients, when I tell you that they were 100% helpful with everything I mean it. From the minute they have said Hello, nothing but awesome customer service from them. The even have been helpful accommodating our situations and explaining things that the other office just told us to figure out. I am so happy to have moved all of our family over to this office, and we haven't even seen them yet!!

We were on an out-of-town trip from Central Oregon and needed immediate help when my husband's sceleral contact began giving him trouble. Since this wasn't an overnight trip, we did not pack anything for him to deal with his eyes should he start having trouble. You have to have special plungers to put in and take out scleral contacts. Since none of the pharmacies have the plungers and I usually get them either from his own ophthalmologist or Amazon, I decided to start making calls to if someone had a plunger he could get.
