We needed some service done on our furnace and some overall input on future options for our home and adding AC. Mike was prompt, accommodating for our schedule for our appointment and communicated well via phone and text When he arrived, he was friendly, personable and easy to talk to. When he performed the maintenance he explained everything he was doing, what specific parts did what and his recommendations. Definitely would recommend his services to anyone needing help with HVAC issues and we're very pleased with his rates. Thank you Mike!!!
I called Mike to ask a question about a heat pump issue and he came out quickly.He fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of heating and cooling assistance.
Super responsive and fair. Mike was able to get us an entirely new system in less than a week just prior to a big snow storm. He was very thorough and we are really happy with the inverter heat pump we chose. Way way way more efficient compared to original system. Thank you Mike
