A gem of a place with a soothing ambiance upon walking in the door. Whether you book a private massage or group class this place is exceptional. Be sure to check the programming as they offer wonderful workshop style classes. They are also one of the only places in Portland to offer lymphatic massage.

Booked a massage during my marathon training! It was so relaxing and restorative, and I love how thoughtful this experience was from start to finish—the check in process allows you to opt in and out of what you want (I had a foot injury, so just marked off feet from the chart). I felt like I was in such good hands the whole time and left sooo relaxed. <3
